About

I’m a New Orleans based writer who helps experts share ideas with the world. How? By making complexity easy to understand.

Legal pros, coastal scientists, parents tracking pollution in their communities—I’ve worked with them all. My projects usually involve ideas that are ahead of their time, like helping Louisiana create international models for responding to climate change.

A master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government is part of the mix, along with enough hurricane stories to fill several notebooks. You can read them here.

FAQs: Some questions never get old, no matter how many times I hear them.

#1: Do you write novels? A: I help people tell important stories. Not “once upon a time” stories. More like, “here’s how to make things better right now” stories.

#2:  Who’s your boss? A: I run my own business, one that lets me work with amazing people every day.

#3:  How did you get this gig? A: By creating those eureka moments when clients yell, “That’s it! That’s what I’ve been trying to say!”
